Ever hear of “QiGong? It’s an ancient Chinese practice of breathing and special movements that oxygenates your blood throughout your body. These QiGong exercises have had a huge impact on the health of everyone I’ve known that got into it including me. If you practice the breathing techniques and movements you are learning how to oxygenate your own blood and then get it rushing through your body. The practice has been particularly helpful for my son Mark, who is the author of our weed book: Cannabis: The Untold Story of our Greatest Plant and the creator of all the videos on our YourCanna-Club YouTube channel. He’s struggled a lot since he was a little kid. But since he got into this QiGong practice two years ago, he’s calmer and happier than he’s been in years. And I believe the QiGong helped him relax enough so he could create this wonderful book all about weed. Click HERE.
When I saw the impact QiGong was having on him I decided to get into it myself. Been practicing for two years. The results have been amazing. I had some arthritis in my feet and hands and after two months hanging out with Brother Insight it was gone. I did the 15 minute one for about a year and now I do the 40 minute one. Brother Insight has hundreds of QiGong videos out there with tens of thousands of views. He’s my favorite. Start by learning the breathing and then move onto the 15 minute practice video first.

Hope you guys will try this. No drugs and you get that oxygenated blood rushing through your body which is good for your heart and brain. Chinese have been doing this for thousands of years.
