We seem to be posting a lot about sex stuff recently and I have no clue why. But this story was too good to pass up. It’s from Australia where the local male marsupials  – otherwise known as rats – have a 3 week breeding time where they turn themselves into crazed sex maniacs. They barely sleep. Scientists say it’s like a suicidal reproduction effort. While it may be fun for mating season, it’s probably not fun for the male rats who only get to live one year and get one shot at getting the lady marsupials pregnant.
