Every week YourCanna-Club is going to host a dance party. We were prompted to do this after learning more how dancing helps with a whole range of things including depression, anger, fitness, and insomnia. Mostly dancing makes us feel better. So every week we’re going to do a dance party and feature one of the great dance tunes. Then we’re going to make a play list of all the songs we post so you can download it on your phone, hook it up to one of those small speakers and dance the night away. Our first pick is Eddie Murphy & Rick James: Party All the Time – 134 million views on YouTube There’s lots of wild stories about the goings on when this video was made. Let’s just say Eddie Murphy is a little more reserved and conservative than Rick James. Evidently Eddie was barely alive after getting snowed in at Rick’s place in upper state New York for 4 days recording this song. And don’t forget to get up and dance. But even if you don’t want to these videos are a blast to watch.
