The latest horror story about cannabis products is from New York where authorities are recalling weed they suspect is contaminated with pesticides. According to a breaking story by Ann Marie Barron at the Staten Island Advance, following an investigation, the New York State Office of Cannabis Management placed the weed under quarantine due to concerns about unreliable testing performed by Lexachrom Analytical Laboratory, a company that is no longer permitted to test cannabis products.
“According to the New York State Office of Cannabis Management,” Barron tells us, “the products were grown by East End Flower Farm LTD and were being sold at licensed cannabis adult-use dispensaries throughout New York state.”
