by Mike Robinson. “Cancer Warrior”, “Lyme Fighter”, “Epilepsy Survivor”—these are the titles we give ourselves to push through the toughest of battles. And while each of these holds weight and meaning, there’s one I cherish the most – “Cannabis My Medicine.”

It may not be grammatically correct, but honestly, most things that are “right” tend to be wrong in one way or another. The world tells us we need synthetic agents from white coats, with promises of healing wrapped in copays and insurance forms. We see doctors, take the prescriptions, and still, something’s missing.

We get sick, we fight, and then we turn to plants for the healing we crave.

It’s not a rejection of modern medicine; it’s about balance. It’s about understanding that sometimes the answers are sitting right in front of us, growing in the ground. Plants, like cannabis, aren’t just an option – they’re the partner our bodies were always meant to have.

Cannabis isn’t a last resort. It’s a return to what the body already knows how to do. We’ve been told to depend on synthetic solutions, but what if the key to healing lies in reconnecting with what nature has given us?

Cannabis My Medicine is the reminder that sometimes, the best healing comes from the simplest sources. It’s not about doing everything “right”—it’s about doing what feels right for you.

We don’t have to fight our bodies—we need to help them find their balance again. And sometimes, that starts with a plant.”
